5. Breakfast ...so so
Staff were really kind and accommodating. The rooms were a little dirty and the park was smaller than expected. The walls were super thin and as this is more of a kids hotel, they were really loud and stayed up very late. Also the heat was a bit wonky so the room was really cold and they ran low on extra blankets. Then the space heater we got didn't work. Overall, I had a good time with friends but I probably wouldn't go back.
2. My neighbors was too loud all night, very thin wall.
The rooms are abslout mess. I felt I was in hotel in a poor country. Bathrooms outdated, ceiling has patches all over, carpet so dirty. Everything in the room is old and poor quality. The only nice thing is the water park. I wish I just bought tickets for water park and stayed in a better hotel. Will check out tomorrow.
3. Dirty room even though cleaning, No change bed sheet.
We went for a birthday party. Loved it. Consumer to do my daughters birthday there too. Food was good. We had pizza, fries, and chicken tenders. The kiddie stuff were great. Water was a little too cold (& its winter) not so great for the little ones. But its alright I guess. Staff were nice.
This place is completely overpriced if you are paying full price. The water was super cold and not 82 degrees as advertised. We could not enjoy the facilities at all as the water were so cold my kids lips turned blue. Might be good in the heat of summer but definitely use the groupon. Not much is available here.
