The location can be a little hard to find: don't blink or you'll miss it. But the service is definitely top-notch, prompt and courteous.

On 2 April 2017, I was T-boned on my way home from work. My insurance company set me up with a rental car from this Enterprise. On 25 April, the rental car was rear-ended and the police officer gave ME a ticket because the rental car was UNREGISTERED!!! I explained that the car was a rental and he said he still had to give me the ticket. My husband and I went back to Enterprise to advise the car was in an accident and that I was given a ticket for driving an unregistered vehicle. Mike (the office manager) advised not to do anything. He said that all of their vehicles were registered and that the police officer's system probably couldn't see it. Mike said Enterprise would go directly after the person who hit me and I DID NOT have to contact my insurance company. Mike advised he was emailing "someone" to provide the registration and once the registration was sent to MVC the ticket would be taken care of. GUESS WHAT? The ticket was NOT taken care of. On 18 May, I received a Failure to Appear Notice from my local municipal court with an additional $10 added to the original fine and if I did not pay by 30 May 1) my driver's license would be suspended, 2) the court would issue a warrant for my arrest, and 3) I would be in contempt of court and additional penalties. My husband went back to Enterprise that same day and was told by Zachary that Enterprise would pay the ticket. REALLY, Zach!!! Why would they pay the ticket if the car WAS registered?!?!?! And why didn't they take care of it before?!?!?!? My frustrated husband advised that I would pay the ticket and Enterprise could reimburse my credit card that was on file. It is now 29 May, do you think I have been reimbursed as yet?!?!?!? OF COURSE NOT! Instead I get a bill from Enterprise saying that I am responsible for the damages to their vehicle. SMH! INSURANCE COMPANIES - Please be aware of where you are referring your clients. RENTERS - Please be aware of with whom you do business... Record everything to include names and dates. MIKE - You advised me to do nothing meanwhile Enterprise was preparing their claim against me. (Sigh)
This location is convenient to several car dealers and has a great location as well. The office is more like a bunker but as long as you are getting right in and right out you won't notice at all. The car rental process was quick. Not as quick as "Emerald Aisle" but for counter service just as good as anyone else in the field. I apparently arrived earlier than they expected but they had a car for me in the class I reserved so it was a great experience. While the inside of the car was clean, the exterior was not as clean as it should be after a being through the car wash. I used the drop off for the return after hours. That worked fine. The staff was nice and responsive. I would definitely use them again.
