I never dread going to our dentist. Dr. Zervos and her staff make us feel welcome, they treat us like family! The office is up to date, clean and not cluttered. The staff is courteous, punctual and accommodating. They go the extra mile to get you what you need, work with your insurance and are willing to keep a call list to get you in sooner if there are other cancellations. We've never been disappointed as their patients for over 15 years!
This is by far the best dentist office. All the office staff, hygienists, and Dr. Zervos are so kind and friendly. I am very pleased and am so glad I switched to their office. I also appreciate the reminders about my appointment and punctuality of my appointment. I highly recommend this office!
The staff of Church Street Family & Cosmetic Dentistry always go out of their way to make you feel appreciated and comfortable. It's not easy to say "I enjoyed my visit to the Dentist!" but these folks actually make it possible to say that. Easy parking, comfortable waiting room and great location also help a lot.
I have been a patient for over 15 years now and I can honestly say I look forward to going to the dentist. It feels as if each time I go I am just catching up with my friends over coffee, but at church street it's dental tools and toothpaste. Each staff members is always cheerful and asking about my family. My husband swore he was happy with his old dentist, but I finally convinced him to make the switch. His first words out of mouth after his first appointment were " you were right, I had no idea what I was missing". They are also great about dealing with dental insurance and problems that may arise or questions you have. They WILL get answers for you!
