Where do they find oysters that big! The shrimp puff was a nice treat. I liked the broiled crab cake better than the fried.
The service is horrible. They treat there customers like they are a nuisance. They are rude and they won't accomidate you. I will not come back to this establishment. The workers are miserable and they dont show any consideration. When I asked for a ketchup they got mad at me. I asked for a fork and they got mad. I askes for paper towel because the bathroom had none. The bathroom is disgusting and dirty. But guess what the worker got irritated with me. And then i said i wanted cocktail sauce and they said they had none i saw some in the display but they said i couldn't have it. I will not come back here.
Service today was NOT GOOD. the guy who helped me lied about packets of tarter an cocktail. Don't say you dont have anymore packets but give them to another customer. Then tell me its because they ordered a platter. Fair enough but don't lie. I even offered to pay for the packets but NO they wanted me to buy jars--for 1 order of shrimp and 2 small crabcakes. Also I've had fried food from here before-- the fish and crabcakes were still cold in the middle. 2 times were enough for me.
Jipped on the size of the crab cake buried under the mountain of fries. Workers slow & un-friendly. Needs MAJOR improvements and more legible menu and condiments.
Love their oysters especially! Their products are of very good quality. They used to have a great employee, Jared, who is now gone on to other opportunities. I know nany folks miss his friendly service.
