They will try anything to get you to sign. It's not that great. If you want to feel like your at a nice fancy place go for it. If your really just trying to work out I would recommend another gym like la fitness. When i tried to cancel my membership they made it hard for me to do so. They will try to get you to sign a yr membership. It is overpriced and nothing special.

I'm not a member, but I did an indoor triathlon here. It was such w nice gym. The trainers are very happy to help and they all look in great shape. Was most impressed with the pool and the treadmills. Took a good yoga class too.

Beware do not leave anything behind like headphones, sunglasses, water bottles. They will never be returned. Anything left at this gym is gone forever!

The adult group classes are also packed! There are no low impact classes offered. I am a fit person and work out daily. I attended a core class, hoping it would focus on the core but the class was focused on the legs, with squats in most exercises.

I've been a member for 3 years. Good gym, gets crowded like any other gym. Good community feel here and lots of groups to join.

Nice facility, you should know membership is currently in the 6,000s and there is only one incline press. They have no intention of getting another. Frank told me he could show me other exercises, how patronizing. Why because I’m a girl? The locker rooms are a little less clean than when I originally signed (membership was at 3,500 then). The TEAM fitness classes play music at a nightclub decimal. There’s a ton of in club advertising as if you’re not already member. The music played throughout the gym is on like a 45 min loop so you must wear headphones. Before signing please consider at 6,000+ members will you be helping or hurting your own workout by becoming number 6,537?

I originally had plans to use my membership as a multi functional place, but after the summer I plan to cancel my membership.

This is great for just a swim club, the other amenities it offers are not as described. The kiddie academy can be overly crowded, very overwhelming for kids under 2. The "classes" that are offered for the kids are disorganized and not structured. The mommy and me gymnastics class was a free for all with no instruction. The area under three has limited toys and very little to do. My three year old loves the older section, but my 1.5 year old does not. The gym area in which the older.kids play is not supervised .
