Staff and doctors are caring, and friendly, Wait times can be long sometimes, but no more than any other multiple doctor practice I've ever been to. Dr. Lesneski and Dr. Domsky are both awesome physicians and Jason is also wonderful at his job. You can tell they all really care about their patients.
Terrible experience all around!! Its been a long road and too frustrated and exhausted to even go into detail. It’s all about the money for them and I my experience can mirror many of the other negative reviews. If you dare to go, be very careful with all invoices you receive from them. They continually double bill repeatedly even after you have paid your invoice. I’ve had many calls back and forth to them and faxes to show my proof that I paid all invoices but they still keep coming 8 months after. Even though I have proof and provided them with my proof of payment they say they have no record of it ever being paid. IMPORTANT TO Check your Insurance Explanation of Benefits and compare to their documentation with a fine tooth comb. KEEP RECORDS OF EVERYTHING AND EVERY BIT OF CORRESPONDENCE !!!
DO NOT GO HERE! They have the rudest doctors I have ever met. I moved here from out of state and I have been on pain medication management for years and they refused to continue my medication I was on, which was only one medication, a low dose, 4 pills a day. So I had to go through withdrawal by moving here. The doctor called me an addict, which I have never had ANY addiction problems or history in my life!!! He also continued to berate me by he saying I was also on "benzos", which I had to ask what that even was, and I am not even on ANYTHING LIKE THAT!!! They did not even test my urine so he has no idea what I'm even on to begin with! He said because I am young, he will not continue the meds I have been on for years. Even though I have showed much improvement on this medication and I have never abused anything in my life!! So because I am thirty years old, which is not "young" as he acted as if I were some drug seeking teenager, I must not have serious body pain because I am only 30 years old??? Dr. Lesneski never examined me, never asked me about the trauma to my body I have had, or my medical history. He said I had "drug seeking behavior" because I moved here from 18 hours away and was trying to find a new doctor. Trying to continue my medication that I have been on for several years now in a new place that I have moved to is NOT "drug seeking behavior"!!! Wow.. I cannot believe how judgemental, insensitive, and ignorant he was and how completely horrible I was treated as a patient. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!
I've never been so disappointed and angry by the lack of care these doctors have. You won't see the same doctor. And they treat real chronic pain patients like drug addicts or money bags. I asked if the cannabis helped me I'd like to slowly wheen down now it doesn't mean to take away my medication within 3 months time. This recent visit I was told to get new xrays and PT. Well my RSD doesn't show up on any test and didn't even bother to put me back on my medication so I could stop flaring up. So how can I do PT when I can't move? As soon as this doctor knew I was on Medicaid he saw dollar signs. For 4 months I've begged for trigger blocks and nothing, nothing to help my migraines either. Their in it for themselves they don't care about the patient and they b.s. you too. I know 90mg of morphine is the limit and I've been so under medicated and suffering. These doctors are the reason for why chronic pain patients commit suicide. Out of 17 years dealing with RSD these are the worst group of doctors ever. I willingly discharged myself. Do not go to these people if you suffer from real chronic pain diseases.
The level of patient care is very good. Just be prepared to wait, with that said keep in mind it is a pain specialist office. Other than the wait excellent staff always friendly and attentive to your questions and concerns.
