My wife kept getting locked out of the social security website and was told to come in, in person, to resolve the issue. She came in today with no appointment, waited over an hour and left due to our screaming 1 mo old baby. I tried to call to get her an appointment so she wouldn't have to wait with the baby too long and the automated answering system just says "sorry all agents are busy" and literally just hangs up!! What a terrible/undermanned system. They need to hire MORE workers!!
I called more than 10 times in 2 months no body call back
I wish they could extend their business hours longer, the amount of waiting time just hope they will open early and close in a reasonable time so they could accommodate more people.
No pay check send to me since 3 month after completed the application
