I've had my storage unit for almost 4 years. I really have nothing of monetary value in there, mostly sentimental items of my parents who are now deceased. I've paid thousands of dollars to store these items
and have just not come to the point where I'm ready to let go. I wanted to move to a slightly smaller unit, but wanted to be close to my other unit. I mentioned this to Melissa, and as soon as one close by opened up, she remembered and immediately called me about it. I was so impressed and thankful to her. And by the way, it's right next door to the other unit! It was easy to move everything over. And until I'm ready to part with family treasures, it's much more affordable. Many thanks to incredible employees like site manager Melissa Rittler and Co-worker Justin Coward for going above and beyond to help out.
