This Post Office steals packages. I waited for my package
Well my dog was hanging out happily on my lawn when public service employee Kathy Cohen decided she would recklessly spray pepper spray on my property which caused her a great deal of pain and soaked pepper spray into my skin as well as my brothers. This discharge of pepper spray was within feet of my brothers girlfriend who was watching the dog. Horrible quality of personell. I guess this is why everyone uses UPS and FedEx
This delivery service is Trash!!! I️ was told my package was supposed to be here Monday...never showed up. I️ was notified there was a “problem with the Packaging” ...on the 12th I️ receive another notice saying that there was “no where secure” to leave the package... hmmmm. So why have the other 12 packages we ordered over the last two weeks fine and delivered outside the door everyday...but now all of a sudden there’s no where secure. I️ don’t drive and now I️ have to pay to go pick I.T up! You can’t call in...hour and a half waiting time. You can’t email because it’s disabled. Total trash.
They didn't deliver a package I desperately need because "the business was closed." That's pretty interesting, since I'm in a house on a typical suburban street with no businesses around. They didn't knock or ring the doorbell, and the package didn't require a signature. I doubt they even bothered coming here.
I adore this post office. Everyone has a smile and I have never had anything but a pleasant experience here, generally walking out the door feeling uplifted. You hear such negative stories about post offices so I don't know if this is just under special management or they take their time to hire the best people. I do know that they have several folks that have been there for many years, so perhaps it's the longevity of the employees. Whatever it is, I'm a diehard fan of the postal service thanks to the Mount Laurel Walt Whitman office!
