Working with Elaine Tursi-Williams of CENTURY 21 Alliance has far exceeded my expectations. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient and incredibly generous with her time (including morning, evenings and weekends). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly.
Do not recommend. Mistake after mistake was made with our listing. We have since been told by other agents/brokers that had they had a customer that dissatisfied with service, they would have released them from the contract, but not Elaine. She just sank her teeth in deeper. She even let another agent at another office hijack our listing and put it up on the MLS with a price reduction of $120,000.00, without our knowledge or authority. The only reason we found out about that was Zillow sent us an email notification of the price reduction. Cannot convey enough what an absolute nightmare it was dealing with that office. So glad to be away from her and Rosie Gibson.
