I'm not sure how this office remains open either. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous, and that's the least of the issues. I've called 5 times because the staff incorrectly entered my email address for the patient portal. Additionally, during my first visit I was asked to get lab work. It turns out I had an infection that I only found about 4 months later when someone called doing a quality check. I was in the office twice within that time and no one ever gave me my blood work results. Horrifying and glad it didn't cause me hospitalization.
Well, here we go again. A year ago I left this office after they took 3 vials of my blood, told me they misplaced them and they had to be disposed of, and then when I inquired more, they changed the story and told me they never took my blood. They told me I must have imagined it. (unreal) I then went to a Virtua doctor and filled out all request for my medical records to be transferred to the new doctors office. A year later, my new doctor had not received those records. I had them request the records again. They sent 3 request in a 2 month period with no response. I had to call the office, speak to the office manager, Cheryl, (who was very rude) and threaten them with legal action. They then sent my records to my new doctor. The problem is, they only sent my records going back to 2012. I had been a patient since approximately 2003. When I inquired where the rest of my records were, i was informed that they couldn't find them. That they were forming a so called task force in an attempt to locate them. WOW!!!!!! Cant believe this office is still open.
Dr Plasner has been our Family Physician for 9 years. I have followed her from her two previous locations. She is a caring doctor, when you have a caring doctor you have a great doctor!!! Platinum status! When I had an appointment with Dr Cooley, I was just as pleased with her level of caring. You can't go wrong with these two. They have had staff changes in the reception area so that has truly improved the overall rating. I know we, as a family love Dr Plasner and would not trade her for anyone else.
They have a bunch of idiots that dont answer the phone or listen. Don't go here
This office sucks and so does the staff.
I love the doctors, they are amazing but the staff on the other hand is horrible. Trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare. I recently had an appointment and when I showed up they told me my appointment was cancelled and could not tell me why. And not to mention when you are waiting to see the doctors the wait is so long it makes you question if you should stay.
