This place is a huge ripoff! I was treated at the Mount Laurel facility for a cyst. The Nurse Practitioner was seeing me once a month for over 6 months. I received a steroid injection for each visit. I was told the cyst was getting smaller when that was lie. My current dermatologist told me that after the 3rd steroid injection they should have told me the treatment was not working and offered an alternative treatment, but they did not. They continued to treat me and took my money knowing the treatment was not going to work. A huge waste of my time and money!
Over 600 dollars for less than 20 minutes. Fancy office that wont be seeing me again.
My daughter had an appointment 6/27 @ 4:30PM. On Saturday 06/24, I received a text, on my cell phone, to confirm my appointment. On Monday, 06/26, I received a phone call on my cell phone to confirm the appointment. I leave work, pick up my daughter, and arrive at my appointment 15 minutes early, (I was there at 4:09), as required. Walk up, the doors are locked. Call the phone number and it asked me to leave a message. I thought I was too early maybe they would be there at 4:30. As I am waiting, other people arrive for their appointments. I receive a return call at 4:25, to inform me they called my house phone and left a message they were canceling her appointment, the Dr was sick. It's a 45 minute drive for me. Needless to say, when she asked if I wanted to reschedule, I laughed. If you miss an appointment, they say you will get charges $25.00 missed/cancellation fee at most DR's. Why is it ok for them to do it and it's ok. Why is it ok for you to schedule an appointment, and wait in the office forever to be seen.
