She always servers us nice. She's always on a cheerful mood(even when it's crowded)
A cool sports bar type atmosphere. Wasn't very busy during my visit, but there weren't any good games on either. The food was average...not bad at all, but nothing too special. The fried pickles were just ok, as were the french fries. I had nine of the "medium" buffalo wings. I didn't like the fact that they weren't breaded. The sauce was good, it wasn't too hot. I'm sure some of the other wing sauces are better. I probably won't go back as there are plenty of other "hole in the wall" bars with better wings. But definitely check out a Buffalo Wild Wings if you haven't already done so!
But to end it on positive note, the wings were good.
Went there with some of my family and waited at a table for ten minutes with no server. This one waitress walked passed us three times and didn’t make any eye contact, but she continued to flirt at the bar. Pissed my dad off, so we left to go find a better eating establishment like five guys.
1 star for customer service. We ordered for take out, when it came to picking up, Morgan had an attitude and gave us the wrong sauce after repeating ourselves multiple times after we handed her $100 bill and she asked if we had anything smaller... we didn't and she called her manager. I thought it was because they didn't have enough change which was weird, but it was actually because she didn't know how to use the bill scanner and thought it was fake.. maybe you wanted to be on the safe side, great but apologize at the end and continue with good service. Don't be a dick and have an attitude because of your mistake..
The food here is great. The servers are even better. Always try to sit near the left front. Because the server Chelsea is splendid.
My server was bubbly and friendly. Attentive and outgoing. Probably the best service I've had in a casual dining place. The food was decent but the real reason I would recommend is the serving experience. Hally was hilarious and provides excellent service. Going to try to request her section next time.
