Hostess was excellent. Service was terrible...the food was pretty bad too ( once we finally got it) The manager was very nice attempting to make up for the experience. Our family really enjoys OTB but will not be returning.
I'll probably give it another shot someday, but my first impression was that I could've had better food and service next door at Chili's for a little bit cheaper.
It was good but not really Mexican food. It's a fancy chipotle. Their drinks deserve 5 stars but the food menu is not really filled with authentic Mexican dishes. Also the tortilla chips were very salty. I wish they would hold the salt and allow you to add to taste instead of being heavy handed. This place is best suited to hang out in the bar area for drinks and some music.
Both times I've tried this place recently, I've been pleased with the food and the service. Good lunch specials and a unique "soup bar" that was interesting. Also recommend the queso.
Food was decent, but we were unlucky because we watched people come in after us and leave before us (I think they may have forgot to put our order in...). Hostess appeared to hate life... No smile... Barely said anything.. she just seemed admitted she had to work. Server was a little better, but not the level of happy I expect from those in customer service... So 0 for 2 on staff interactions.
Good higher end Mexican food. Not inexpensive, but you never leave wanting more. Has daily specials. Easy parking.
