A few days later, we were able to pick up the ashes of our lost one, along with a lovely paw print set, and a lovely poem. They have continued to support us, even though we have only been there once, emailing support, information on support groups, and an offer to put our lost one's name among those that sit out by their pond.
Spent about $2100.00 for nothing. Money I had to borrowed and didn't save his life due to negligence of the Drs and because their policies are to secure payment not with the purpose to save lives. I regret taking my pet child here, seeking desperately for help he ended up euthanized because we ran out of time, options and lack of resources.
We brought my cat here in an emergency that resulted in him having to be put down. We were seen right away. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable, and when the decision had to be made to put him to sleep, they were all so sympathetic and caring. It made the whole process much easier on us. Thank you so very, very, very much for your efficient and supportive service. You do great work and I would recommend your services to everybody concerned with their pet care.
It has been a while, but I should have written a review a long time ago. The Dr's and staff here are absolutely wonderful. They were patient went out of their way to help the in the best they could with my baby girl. They're very knowledgable, professional and compassionate. Unfortunately at 19.5 years old, she had to go, but they were wonderful until the end. I am now, a year a half later, ready for another baby girl to love and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for her care.
Their life matters and they deserve to be treated with respect. I tried to ease his departure but the Dr. Called me selfish if I chose to take him home and let him died in my arms vs euthanized him. I will never ever go back there, nor recommend anyone to bring their love ones. It turned out to be a horrible place to treat our family pet members. Please share and prevent another family the pain and suffering we are experiencing now thanks to their lack of sincere compassion.
We wound up here because my 17 year old cat had broken her leg, or so we thought. As usual, we rushed over to have her looked at. We were in a room in less than five (5) minutes, and the vet was in the room in less than ten (10). They were informative, supportive, and didn't hide anything from us along the way, even when it turned out the be late-stage cancer. The vet laid out all the options for us, left us to make our decision, and supported us through the whole process.
To begin: They are a 24-hour establishment. They never shut down and they do not rush anyone.
Consider this I went in Wednesday with my loving Perkins to check him and Saturday he was put down.
Do you love living on the edge? How about wondering if your old, diabetic, arthritic, blind dog will be able to get his next insulin shot in order to live another day? Well you've come to the right place! Bring your business here and I promise you the endless hours of frustration you've been looking for! Take it from me, a "valued" customer for over 3 years now, this pharmacy would be better run by a group of uneducated teenage girls. At least then you'd have a chance of getting someone to pick up the god damn phone.
This is probably one of the best animal hospitals that I have ever been to.
There is not enough room on any platform or time in a day for me to completely explain how much I recommend this establishment. Treat your pets like family and give them the best care. The best care, is here.
