I was recently in this hospital and was sadly disappointed with my whole experience. I was a client of the location when they were in Cherry Hill and was always treated kindly and taken care of. I have brought many of my pets in and never had a complaint until now. This place seems cold and unwelcoming and it felt like the staff could care less about my pet or my family. They are all about the money. I’m not sure what has changed over the years but I can say that I will never step foot in here again. If I could give no stars, I would have. Please take your fur babies to another veterinarian.
The staff were vert sweet and caring. They have a seperate bereavement room where you sit with your pet to say goodbye. The Dr. then came in & explained everything and makes sure you are ready. I held Boo-Boo Kitty while she put him to sleep.
On Friday, November 3, 2017, our cat had a stroke & needed to be put to sleep. My usual vet was closed so I started frantically calling around. Other vets charged a lot of $ to euthanize that, as a Disabled person, I couldn't afford. Finally, I was referred to Red Bank.
Not only did they treat my kitty with respect & gentleness, but they did this all for free. They also took a pawprint for us. I cannot thank the staff enough for the kindness they showed us!
Took my dog georgie there late on a Tuesday night with back problems. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Lang was wonderful!!! She gave us meds and told us about a facility in cherry hill I can follow up at that red bank is affiliated with. She was also so sweet and caring with georgie!!!!
My lab was sent here for a broken (shattered!) back leg, and it was unclear if she would ever be able to use it again. She needed surgery to have any chance to use the leg, and Dr Winkler did an incredible job. She was treated wonderfully and came home happy. Our dog was obviously very comfortable with Dr Winkler and the rest of the staff. Dr Winkler also called occasionally to check in on her and to answer any questions we may have! Our dog's leg healed perfectly, and she has full use of all of her legs. She's able to run and play again without so much as a limp. You can't even tell she ever had a broken leg! I recommend this animal hospital, and specifically Dr. Winkler, to everyone! He is great!!!!!!
Took Our Dog there today and we were treated with so much respect and kindness. From Austin at the front desk, to Tara our Tech and Dr. Lang they were so helpful and good to our pet. I would definitely recommend them and would return without a doubt.
A few days later we received a lovely card from Red Bank & they made a donation in Boo-Boo Kitty's name to help low income families receive care for their pets. My son & I were so touched we cried. Just an amazing & beautiful thing to do!
