First experience at this hotel, too modern and contemporary for my liking. The guests in the surrounding room were loud and running up and down the hallway and knocking on our door all night, in-laws on opposite floors experienced the same thing. Not the fault of the hotel, but the management did nothing for reimbursement. Also, the shower went from hot cold hot cold, temperature not consistent. Overall, poor customer service.
The shower in this place is really nice but there's no microwave in the room the frigerator is extremely small. I would not recommend this place for more than one night of a stay anything more it's not a good stay. It's nice that they have a bar downstairs the pool looks nice though I never used it and it probably would be a nice place to stay during the warmer Seasons because the outdoor spot in the middle of the restaurant is pretty.
I enjoyed my stay at the Aloft hotel. The front desk provided a TV remote after a request was made due to not being able to locate remote. I enjoyed the free beverage each day of my stay at the hotel. The staff were all nice and helpful.
Location is ideal by it being located between two major highways. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was very good especially the turkey. Nice place for gatherings.
Very friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Room is large and clean. The gym and pool are open year round and are nice amenities. The bar is reasonable too for cost.
