This hotel is good for the price. The rooms are tidy but there was a leak from my air conditioner. However, the staff is very friendly and came by to take a look at it right away. There is free breakfast, and you can go to the lifetime fitness nearby so that's a huge perk! It's also very close to many different restaurants and corporate parks. Just 15-20 minutes away from Philly as well. All in all, a nice place.
This hotel has a very helpful and professional staff. They are very responsive to requests. The management team is directly involved and willing to work with guests to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and well maintained.
Everyone seems like they really want to be there n go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible.!!

OK so the staff at the front desk was very pleasant and friendly. The kitchen staff that serve the complimentary breakfast was not. I think we may have actually been in a prison kitchen or ended up in the employee break room because we were treated like we shouldn't be there. Our room smelled of mold and cigarettes. There had very clearly been some kind of leak or flood because the floor was still wet. Here comes the best part. We got eaten up by bed bugs during the night. My wife has weeping welts from them and is completely miserable. I would never recommend a stay here to anyone.
I TRAVEL A LOT IM IN HOTELS 2-3 TIMES A WEEK IN THAT AREA (mount laurel- cherry hill) That staff is very friendly
Only complaint would be to upgrade the bathroom shower curtains or even the whole bathroom and T.V. could be bigger.

The Fairfield Inn was fine for what it is. The room was clean, the staff was lovely, and the coffee in the lobby was decent. At night there's only one staff member on so if there is a problem it will not get handled. We had a room with young people screaming and pounding around after midnight our 1st night and the front desk was not able to deal with the situation. The 2nd night, with a wonderful night sleep. The staff was all very friendly and I have no complaints about the personal. If you use more than 1 towel though, make sure you ask for extras before you arrive.
