I would never book here again. I went to check in after driving 6 hours and my reservation was "canceled". So I booked through the hotel and it was $90 more than my original price. The maintenance guy was actually the person to check us in. We got to our room and the place was not worth the money I was paying. The kitchen had nothing in it. Our socks were black after walking on the carpet for just a couple hours. We ended up staying the night and then going to talk to the manager in the morning about our rate. After getting annoyed, because she wouldn't fix our rate back to the original price, I decided to leave and go elsewhere for the remainder of our trip. The manager did not care if we left or stayed.
Room: I don’t think my room had been vacuumed or swept before I arrived I found plastic price tag ends on the floor, crumbs on the tables, finger/hand prints on the mirror and window, left over dried soap in the shower. I had a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke from another room. The kitchen floor had rust around the edges, the hair drier had brown gunk on it, the tv remote had gross stuff on it and the laminated information sheets they provide are sticky!
The aisle smells of cheese ans sour cream A LOT! Due to wodden floorings, the floors make lot of squeeshing noise when people are walking by. Stay-over guests do not get cleaning service that often. I was told hoisekeeping will come once in a week to change linen and towels but the staff gave me the "appointment" after 9 days!!! Breakfast - as other reviewers mentioned - just coffee, packed muffins and snack/energy bars.
Updated: Pathetic service. They commit to clean rooms every week but inspite of scheduling in advance it had not been cleaned for last 11 days.
When I asked for some items like soap they stated they are currently out.
Really well maintained. Recommended.
Very clean. Located near the Moorestown Mall which is nice. Close to lots of food. Rooms are big enough for 2 small kids and 2 adults to maneuver comfortably. Would definitely recommend staying here.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotel staff could be trained a little better in customer service. One had her headphones in the whole night even on a call while I talked to her!
Facility: I don’t think they mop Or vacuum the entry way ever. The same leaf and pile of dust remained for 2 days.
