Visited this location last week. The hotel is brand-new. The location is very convenient for business travel in the area, this location is only 5 minutes from the company I often visit.
This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location. The hotel is new, the lobby and room furnishings are modern and bright but the room we were given this time was .. not clean. Which for me is a big deal. The bed doesn’t need to be the nicest, the linens the softest, the towels the fluffiest - but the room MUST be clean. Dirty shower, crumbs on the floor, mirrors dirty, dead fly behind the curtains, hair under the comforter, and crumbs on the table. Unacceptable.
The free wifi was sufficient, but I also had good cell service in the room, I requested a late check-out (2pm) and got it without issue.
Had an awesome time. Staff was so nice. Everyone made me feel right at home. Location is nice, there's just about everything you could want/need around the area. And the bartender at the bar was so nice! Only issue I had was that no one told me about the $20 fee per night, so my card kept getting declined. But other than that, had an awesome stay and will definitely be back again.
The rooms have a modern decor, immaculately clean, modern bathroom, the room is stylishly divided to create a living room space, office desk and king size bed. Modern bathroom with glass walk-in shower (no tub). Room had coffee maker, small fridge and microwave, they even included paper plates and plastic-ware
Lobby area includes a lounge area, breakfast serving area and small bar open in the evening, I didn't get a drink, but it looked like they had wine and beer, I didn't see a tap or liquor, though I didn't look closely. They have a small convenience-store nook near the front desk
The hotel was very clean with lovely decor in the lobby. The King Suite was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were fantastic, including fluffy towels and nice toiletries. The desk area was great for working.The breakfast area in the lobby was beautiful and well appointed. The staff at the front desk was a mixed bag. A couple of times they were very friendly and chatty and helpful and at other times they did not even acknowledge your presence. That was a little odd. The coffee situation in the room could be better (one small cup at a time is a pain) and the coffee downstairs was weak. Overall a very good experience with room for a few improvements.
The hotel has a fitness center with brand new equipment including exercise machines and weights. There is a very small indoor pool near the fitness center, both on the first floor.
Was there for a wedding. Great staff members were continually refreshing the breakfast buffet. Choices always included standard continental fare as well as two or three hot entrees and a dual waffle makers. Room was well supplied with amenities including mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, and looked recently remodeled.
Spoke to the front desk, told them the room was not cleaned. They asked why. Said above. They gave us a room down the hall. Table and shelves are a little dusty but the room is clean.
Happy it’s resolved, unhappy it needed to be resolved at all.
This hotel will be my #1 choice for business travel in area, the price-point for these amenities can't be beat.
