Employees Are Always nice hotel is always clean. That's about it..Its a nice clean hotel.. Same as most, I think it needs something to make it stand out. Even the location leaves something to be desired.

ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. When we spoke the front desk after the ordeal of booking our hotel rooms, we had to cancel because they were not located near the location we asked to be near (even though they said they were). When we cancelled them they only cancelled one room. Charged me for the other room. When we explained the situation, the staff lied to the manager and said that we only cancelled one room. Total lie because the other family who was with us heard the conversation because it was on my bluetooth and I was cancelling their room as well. Why on earth would we cancel one room only and not even check in to keep the other room? If LaQuinta hotels is that desperate for $156.00 then they can keep their money. I book our hotels for our hockey team. Needless to say we will not be staying at a LaQuinta hotel ever again!
Friendly but incompetent staff. Our "suite" was only an extra room attached with no additional bathroom and half the furniture was broken. We were also missing half the typical amenities (tea bags, sugar and stirers) and no tissues anywhere in the room. When we asked them to remove a large broken coffee table so that we would not trip on it overnight they refused 3 times advising we push it out of our way before finally agreeing and sticking it in the hallway. The bottom drawer on the dresser in the main room would not close and stuck out a foot. The top drawer on the nightstand would not close either. Neither of these problems have been fixed even though we were told it would be. Absolutely not worth the money we paid.

Room was amazing. Large and comfortable. For the first time ever in a hotel i was able to wash my hair standing up - i am 6' 4" and usually the shower heads are below my neck but not here. There was some mold in the corners of the shower so they loose a star, but i would definately go back.
