Not sure if i would recommend to do a corporate gathering or event at this hotel considering when a woman asked for a private room to pump she was told to go pump on the toilet. This is not a motel that a response like that should be given. Why would any pumping woman feel confortable going to an event at this hotel now? Horrible and surprising.
This is a very nice looking hotel. It's very clean and the staff are nice and helpful. I didn't stay overnight, but the room looked pretty nice. Everything is new and updated.
Would not provide an adequate space for a woman to prepare food for her baby. Told her to use an unsanitary bathroom to do it. Shame on you!!!
We had a good stay. The room was clean with nice furnishings. Our only complaint was the mattress was very firm. We attended a brunch for a private event at the hotel also and the food was excellent!
Close to the main thoroughfare, the hotel is tucked away to avoid clustered traffic and offers ample parking. The service upon arrival is unparalleled. Water and snacks are offered at the beautiful entrance and elevators are nearby to reach your room quickly. I personally enjoy a morning workout and the Hilton Garden Inn at Mt Laurel has several machines with water bottles, towels, packaged headphones, and sanitary wipes waiting for you to use. The gym is right next to the pool and hot tub as well as its own bathroom. The downstairs bathroom is also well stocked with anything that you might have left behind! One of my favorite aspects of my stay is an adjustable shower head in our private bathroom. I'm tall for a woman and my boyfriend is even taller, but with this we were more comfortable than being at home. House keeping kept our room fresh for our returned visits and the spread offered for breakfast was irresistible. All around incredible service with so much to offer.
